Self-Ordering Kiosk for Restaurants in India

A self-ordering kiosk is a touch screen where guests browse your menu and place their own orders. GoOrderly builds kiosks for owner-run restaurants that connect to the Petpooja POS, so every order lands in the system your team already uses.

How a GoOrderly kiosk works

Guests walk up, browse the full menu with photos, customise their items and place the order themselves. The order is sent to your Petpooja POS and your kitchen, so nothing is typed twice.

You provide the device and the server. We set up the software on them and tailor the menu, branding and flow to your restaurant. Because we build it for you, we can adapt it to how your counter really works.

Why restaurants add a kiosk

Kiosks take pressure off the counter in busy hours: guests order at their own pace while your team prepares and serves. Orders typed in by the guest also avoid misheard items.

Add-on prompts are the other draw. Published, vendor-reported case studies describe higher average order values after kiosk rollouts, from the mid-teens to around a quarter. For example, a burger-chain pilot reported 18.5% higher order values. Those are other vendors' results and vary by outlet, so treat them as context, not a promise.

What you get

The kiosk is one part of a connected system. You can start with the kiosk alone and add an ordering website, a customer app, an admin console and a rider app later.

  • Touch-screen self-ordering built to feel fast and smooth
  • Petpooja POS connection, so orders flow into your existing system
  • Menu, prices and settings managed from the admin console
  • Setup, customisation and direct developer support

Frequently asked questions

How much does a self-ordering kiosk cost?

Every restaurant is different, so we agree the scope and price with you after a short demo. You supply your own device and server, which keeps hardware under your control.

Does the kiosk work with Petpooja?

Yes. GoOrderly's kiosk connects with the Petpooja POS so orders flow into the system you already run.

Do I need an iPad or a special machine?

You provide your own device and server. iPad and iOS-first kiosks are the direction we are heading as a later step.

Can I add online ordering later?

Yes. The kiosk, ordering website, app and admin console are built as one system, so you can start small and add channels as you grow.
